HVP


Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein ( HVP ) is manufactured from NON-GMO defatted soya flavour, Rice, Wheat & Groundnut. HVP provide excellent savoury flavour with variety of food preparations enhance the flavours, mouthfulness and lingering taste. This product can be suitably added to provide various flavours.

Applications

In instant Noodles, Chips, Sauces, Soups, Snacks, Sausage, spreads and other ready-to-eat foods.




SOYA SAUCE POWDER

Soya Sauce Powder is a naturally processed fermentation product of using Non-GMO defatted soya. The Natural Fermentation is under sunshine for more than 180 days. It's a richly brewed , soya sauce free flowing spray dried powder with Maltodrextrin.
Soya Sauce powder is a perfect ingredients for dry rubs, seasonings, marinades and for topping by sprinkling on food items to get flavour enhancement.


 

TYPES OF SOYA SAUCE

Light Soya Sauce:
It's light brown powder, Commomly referred as soya sauce. It is an all purpose seasoning and condiment.

Dark Soya Sauce:
The Dark Soya sauce powder has caramel used, to thicken and produce a sweeter more complex flavour. Dark soya sauce is for use as cooking sauce

Applications

For use as constitute in powdered ready mixes and concentrated bases for soups, Bouillon, sauces, dips, Seasoning rubs, Coatings for vegetarian and meat products. As a direct application condiment in soups and sauces, Noodle soups, Spaghetti, Asian Vegetable broth, curries etc.




 

YEAST EXTRACT

Yeast Extract is an enzyme hydrolyzed food grade yeast. Yeast extract is used to get savory flavors and Umami taste for use in Sauces, Bouillon, Meat Dishes, Ready to Eat masalas, Savory Snacks etc.,

FLAVOUR BOOSTER

Flavour Booster, The blend of Amino acid Proteins enhances flavour and taste of food, Enhances meaty, brothy, soupy, umami taste. Suited for different styles of cooking like stir fry, deep fry, saute, boiling and also for use as a condiment and dry dust topping for snacks. Booster is most effective when used between 0.1 to 0.8 percent of final food for consumption.

Applications

Soups, Bouillon, Seasonings, Meat products(all type), vegetarian food products and snack items.




 

CHICKEN EXTRACTS

A Product of Enzyme Hydrolysis. Gives typical chicken flavour. It is Extracted enzymatically from selected edible portions of chickens. The product is a spray dried powder, processed in a very hygenic and controlled atmosphere.
